Do I have to replace the software I already use?
Not necessarily. The Review looks at what you already use and recommends what to keep, what to connect and what to replace.
What if a build doesn’t pay for itself?
The Review estimates the payback of each build before you commit. Nothing is built without a fixed scope and a fixed price, and you can stop after the Review.
Is the Review just a sales exercise?
No. You keep the map, the hours and the plan whether or not Lockhart builds anything. If you start a build within 60 days, the R24,500 is credited in full.
How do payments for builds work?
40% to start, 40% at the working review and 20% at go-live. Work outside a package or retainer is R1,250 an hour or R9,500 a day, agreed in writing first.
