For more than ten years I owned and ran a group of companies.
The work that made them more efficient and more profitable was rarely glamorous: knowing the numbers every day, quoting faster, buying better and making sure no enquiry fell through the cracks. Most of it came down to systems.
Lockhart is the business I built to do that work for other owners. It also works inside Sunbird Solar as its systems and operations consultant, where I built its website, an owner’s dashboard, a procurement portal and a handover builder.
I’m based between Ballito and Harare, and I work with owner-led businesses from Umhlanga and Durban across KwaZulu-Natal, in Harare, and further afield in Southern Africa.
